Community Collaboration, Outreach & Service

At Rise, our mission goes beyond therapy. We are dedicated to building a community of support, growth, and connection

“A community that celebrates all children—no matter how they move, communicate, or learn—is a community worth growing."

Inclusive Music Classes

We are thrilled to welcome back Baby Bandstand for Saturday morning music classes this fall! These classes are specially designed for children with disabilities, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where every child can experience the joy of music and singing. They also provide a wonderful opportunity for parents to connect.

School Visits

Nicole and Aliza are proud to offer complimentary school visits to speak with children of all ages about neurodiversity, disability inclusion, and empathy. In today’s world, where division often speaks louder than compassion, we believe it’s more important than ever to nurture kindness and understanding from an early age.

If you think your child’s class, a sibling’s class, or your school community could benefit, we would love to connect.

Quarterly Pizza Parties

Each quarter, we host a pizza party to bring families together in a relaxed, supportive environment. These gatherings give parents and caregivers the chance to connect - whether by sharing therapy experiences, recommending trusted doctors, or simply enjoying time together. Most importantly, they’re an opportunity to build community and have fun!

To make connections more meaningful, we often group pizza party invitations by family location, school, or similar diagnoses.

Previous Community Outreach

We had the opportunity to participate in George to the Rescue on NBC, a makeover show that does incredible work for our community. In our episode, we had the privilege of helping design an in-home therapy space for one of our patients - bringing comfort, accessibility, and joy to their daily life. Watch the episode to see the transformation!

We were also excited to join two podcasts to share our insights on intensive therapy, including best practices, success stories, and tips for families navigating care. Tune in to hear practical advice and discover how therapy can make a meaningful difference.
